A Real Workout from a Ballerina!
This is the second edition of my stretch exercises video. You may have seen the previous one called ‘Alexandra’s Ballet Stretch”.
In this video you will find the workout shorter, more compact, very efficient and does not require any additional tools or equipment. This routine is for all who are interested in getting their bodies into the best possible shape.
